Revortics (“we”) is a creative and AI agency in the United Arab Emirates. This page explains what we collect when you visit revortics.com, fill in our contact form, use Rev AI or get in touch, why we use it, who helps us process it, and your choices. Questions go to hello@revortics.com. We don’t sell your information.

Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp

When you submit our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and company if you add them, the services you’re interested in, your budget range if you pick one, and your message. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send. We use this to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential work and deliver agreed services. Our hosting, form and email providers process it to deliver your enquiry to us. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.

Rev AI, the chat on this site

When you use Rev AI, your messages and the recent conversation are sent through our server to an external AI service provider to generate a reply. We don’t save chat transcripts in a website database. The provider may keep messages for service operation, security or legal purposes under its own terms. The conversation in your browser ends when you close or reload the page. Please don’t include sensitive personal information, such as passwords, card numbers or health details, in the chat. Rev AI can make mistakes; our team confirms scope, timing and cost.

Hosting, security and statistics

To deliver pages and protect the site, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or build individual profiles. Our fonts are served from our own site, not by a third party.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s session storage for one flag that shortens the intro animation if you return to the homepage in the same tab; it holds nothing about you and is cleared when you close the tab. Our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and abuse.

Why we use your information

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on: responding to your request and taking steps before a contract at your request; performing a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and our business; and meeting our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Chat: we don’t keep transcripts; the AI provider may retain messages as described above. Enquiries and correspondence: kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and for any longer period the law requires, then deleted. Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its terms.

Some of them process information outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on their contractual and security safeguards for these transfers.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it. To use these rights, email hello@revortics.com; we’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

This site is for businesses and isn’t aimed at children.
